The Advanced Adventurer Course is a popular diver certification in the world. It allows you to dive deeper to a maximum of 30 meters.

During the Advanced Adventurer Course, you will learn the right skills and obtain the mandatory diving knowledge to become a certified advanced diver. Many of the best dive spots in the World require you to dive a little deeper to experience their magnificent marine life. This is a great course for you to be able to dive deeper and have better buoyancy, air consumption, navigation, and night diving skills.

What differentiates us from other Dive Centres

At Nico Dives Cools we want you to have the best learning experience possible. This is why we keep our student ratios to dive instructors extremely low. Compared to other large dive centers you get a highly personalized course and diving practice experience. Very often our experienced diving instructor will only teach one student at a time. In general, we prefer to have no more than two students per instructor so we can ensure a quality education. Also, this is the key reason why Nico Dives Cool has such an amazing 5-star reputation amongst its customers. Having said that we can be flexible (add more instructors) if you want to do your course with several people. Simply let us know your preferences and we will make sure that you have a fantastic learning experience.

The other thing that makes us stand out from the crowd is that we take you to some of the best diving spots to do your course. Rather than sitting three days in the same spot, like learning in Sanur, we will bring you around different dive locations. Typically we will bring you to Tulamben, Padang Bai, and Nusa Penida for course diving. In Padang Bai you will dive into the beautiful Blue Lagoon dive sites with amazing coral bommies. In Tulamben, you will enjoy the colorful coral reefs and the world-famous USAT Liberty Shipwreck aka the Bali Wreck and in Nusa Penida you will dive with Manta Rays and on stunning coral reefs with many turtles.

Advanced Open Water Diver Course in Amed

What is included?

Just like in the Open Water course, you will be required to learn some new diving theory. We recommend doing the e-learning course before arriving in Bali. This way we can focus more on the diving skills and practice more, once you are here. But it’s by no means a requirement and you are free to choose to do the theory in Bali. On the first day, we will pick you up from your hotel and later drop you off too. On the drive we review your diving knowledge, to make sure you have a good grasp of the diving learning material.

We only use high-quality gear, from trusted scuba gear producers such as, Apeks or Aqualung.

Now, let’s get to the water part. An adventure dive is a dive that counts and comes from a specialty course such as Specialty Deep, Wreck, Perfect Buoyancy, Night, Waves Tides and Currents, Fish Identification, and much more… There are five adventure dives included to obtain this certification. You are free to choose the adventure dives you prefer but we like to recommend Buoyancy, Underwater Navigation, and Deep dive, plus choose two more adventure dives from the options we have. This might include Wreck Diving, Night Diving, Waves, Tides and Currents, Boat Diving etc.
